Greyology supports older Australians to feel confident using everyday technology in their home. We assist with common technology needs such as mobile phones, computers, internet services, online communication and staying safe online.
Our services may be suitable for clients receiving support through My Aged Care, including CHSP or Home Care Packages, depending on individual arrangements. Greyology provides in-home support delivered patiently and respectfully, with police checked technicians, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, and live Australian support.
NDISGreyology provides practical, in-home technology support to help NDIS participants build confidence and independence with everyday technology. This includes support with phones, tablets, computers, online services, video calls and online safety.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and focus on clear, patient, hands-on support delivered in the participant’s home. Our technicians are fully police checked, and Greyology is insured with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
